Today’s children are growing up in a ‘technology’ age, where two year olds know how to work an i-Pad and mobile phones have brought technology into every aspect of our moving and stationary life. Research has found that children spend an average of 5½ hours a day in front of a computer or TV screen which – if you take off the hours spent in school – is the majority of their ‘play’ time.
