We look back to an era when there wasn’t time to be bored, no distraction of round the-clock television, no computer games – and no health and safety rules. Back then, playing outside could be both fun and a little dangerous.
There were no rules in the back court play areas where children spent the bulk of their time. No day excursions to the museum or cafe on Byres Road for 60s and 70s kids. Full article
