Children and Young People’s Views of Play – Literature Review to inform refresh of Scotland’s Play Strategy 2024

This report presents findings on children and young people’s views reported in the literature about play, and where possible has broken this into the different age groups, such as early years, younger and older children. This review was also mindful of the different domains as outlined in the strategy, in particular of: play at home, play in early learning, childcare and school and play in the community.
