Delivering and celebrating children and young people’s right to play
Join us in our Celebration of National Play Day on 7th August 2024.
We will start the activities with a community litter pick, clean up and decorate to ‘reclaim’ the green space. FREE ice lollies will be available for all children who help with the litter pick.
This will be followed by a family picnic, loose parts play and arts & crafts session. We will also have some sensory tents set up on the day for those who prefer a quieter space.
FREE lunches will be provided for all children who sign up for the event. This has been kindly funded by ASDA Grassroots Fund.
